Service Delivery Manager
Being the main point of contact for technical/business and general administrative issues, the Account Manager performance trends of your configuration and recommends whether any enhancements or modifications should be made. The Account Manager will also coordinate regular progress reviews with you to ensure that the service commitments we made to you in your Customer Service Agreement are being met.
System Administrators
Handle support requests and manage servers from their initial configuration through any repairs, upgrades, or new installations, they are responsible for fully understanding your systems configuration.
Database Administrators
Responsible for all database health and performance. Monitor trend and conduct analysis for tuning and enhancements.
Business Continuity Administrators
Ensure backup of systems, data, configurations are taken successfully according to the backup policies specified by you. Perform regular restoration test to make certain that backups are recoverable and usable.
Network Specialists
Provide routing of all network infrastructure and maintenance of related hardware, they will be working with the System Administrators during the installation and configuration, including network switches, routers, load balancers and physical cabling.
Security Specialists
Take care of all firewall, intruder detection and network security issues. During solution architecture and installation phases, they will be working with the System Administrator to build security and implement security-related hardware and software to protect the configuration.
