Managing business is a complicated task; then, why bother making it more complicated with IT management tasks. With iASPire customers can now relieve IT resources from daily routine maintenance work as iASPire performs all aspect of IT operation management from network management, backup/recovery, facility checking & inspection, to systems and database administration, capacity planning and performance tuning tasks for customers. Hence, iASPire offers a suite of managed services that fulfill what is required from simple system co-location to complex system management.

ASPert Care Service

  • 99.99% Network Uptime

  • We provide basic router configuration maintenance, including network routings and Access Control Lists definitions. Changes are performed only upon your approval, and configuration will be backed-up once updates are made.
  • System and Application Uptime Monitoring

  • Your server and its services are monitored to ensure maximum availability. At intervals of 5 minutes, the server and services will be probed for availability. Upon detection of server or service outage, iASPire will alert you through email or phone call.
    • Server Ping Test
    • Application Port Test (HTTP, FTP, DNS, SMTP, etc). Note: Limit to 3 per hosts.
  • Unlimited Phone Support Ticket

  • You can highlight a system problem to iASPire round the clock helpdesk, which will be able to assist you in your request.

ASPert Care Plus Service

  • Database Uptime Monitoring

  • This is a basic service that monitor for the availability of the database. When the database system suffers an outage, iASPire will notify you. Supported database include mySQL, Oracle and MS SQL
  • Standard Backup

  • All servers are backup on a daily incremental, weekly full and monthly full policy. Daily tape media will be re-cycled after two weeks, weekly tape media will be recycled after one month, and monthly tape media will be recycled after two months. Customer to provide a dedicated backup drive and backup software.
  • Basic Network Service

  • You can highlight a system problem to iASPire round the clock helpdesk, which will be able to assist you in your request.
  • Firewall Management Service

  • Provide following management support :
    • Firewall Rules Maintenance
    • Firewall Log
    • Firmware Upgrade
    • Active blocking of identified ports or IPs upon high rejects of authorised traffic

ASPert Manage Service

  • A restricted web-based portal created exclusively for our ASPert Manage customer, allows you to view the bandwidth real-time and system utilization history.
  • Advanced Monitoring

  • Our Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) engineer will perform a needs analysis to properly understand what services you need monitored on your system (for CPU, Memory & Disk Space). Your system will then be setup to be monitored by our ASPert Enterprise Management Engine to ensure that the services that are critical to your operations are watched over 24x7x365.
  • Administration Services

  • System and Database administration services are scheduled non-emergency maintenance and provisioning requests. The objective is to maintain a stable, consistent and reliable IT environment.
    • Systems
      • Provide technical assistance in hardware and operating system (Microsoft Windows, Unix or Linux) issues with the necessary coordination with appointed vendors for resolution, such as sending dump file for analysis. Management of file system and housekeeping of event log files.
      • Update of pattern files of anti-virus software installed on servers.
    • Database
      • Perform configuration of database (Microsoft SQL and Oracle) for backup with proper logs.
      • Rollback of database on emergency situation requested by customer. Management of tablespace, database and archive log.
      • Database performance monitoring on SQL statement analysis and hit ratio analysis.
  • Patch Update

  • Patches deem critical by your OS will be applied when you let us know you need them. Subjected to maintenance contract with hardware vendor.
