For all engagement modes, iASPire will assign a Service Deliver Manager, assisted by an account Technical Lead as a point of contact for the customer. Services will be performed by the delivery team consisting of system, database, network, business continuity and security engineers, based on IT best practices. The enterprise system management team will baseline all servers and ensure availability and capacity are monitored and manageable.
