After almost 40 years of development, SIM is now the largest private professional educational and training institution in Singapore, with more than 19,000 corporate and individual members, over 3,000 full-time students and almost 12,500 part-time students.

Things like student portal, library resource, training video store, seminar and memberships application or renewal services need to go electronics. This puts pressure on the IT department to provide a suitable platform and substantial resources to manage it.
